The Ruth Borg Memorial Library was named for Ruth Borg, wife of Joe Borg who was one of three Tulsa philanthropists who funded the opening of the school in 1975. The other founders were Charles Goodall and Louis Kahan.
Fun Fact: Joe Borg's nephew, Richard Borg, is the current Heritage Academy Foundation President and a long time supporter of the school himself! Guess it runs in the family!
